We want you to love your Woof2Be purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


14-Day Return Window


You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:


Unused and in the same condition that you received it


In its original packaging and with all tags attached



Items Not Eligible for Return


We cannot accept returns for:


Worn, washed, or damaged items


Any item not in its original condition


Personalised or custom-made products



Return Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees (£3.69) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Faulty or Wrong Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@woof2be.co.uk with photos.

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
